Blueberry Smoothie
1 cup 1% milk
1/8 cup whey protein powder
1/3 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2/3 teaspoon extra-light olive oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 drops stevia supplement*, to increase sweetness

Blend the fruit in blender until it is in little pieces.
Add the milk, whey protein powder, olive oil, stevia, and vanilla. Add 1 cup of chopped ice. Blend until smooth.

You can use one packet of splenda in place of stevia.

** If you have an allergy to milk or
you choose to be dairy free, use nut milk.
